Multi-sided Columns

Muliti-sided (12-16-20 sides) lighting column is an elegant option in street lighting columns. Available in a range of mounting heights varying from 3 to 20mt. Multi-sided columns are available root mounted or flange mounted, with either framed or flush fitting door. Hot dipped galvanised finish as standard and can be powder coated or wet sprayed in a variety of colors.

Applications: Residential and commercial developments, parks and amenity areas, minor road street lighting.

Production

Multi-sided columns are manufactured from sheet steel, with the column section being welded longitudinal. The main structure of the multi-sided column is conical in appearance and come in a single section up to 10mt and 2 sections from 10-20mt. Multi-sided columns are suitable for post top mounting or a variety of outreach or extension brackets and t bars are available to suit.

Functionality

Columns are normally supplied with a single access opening and fitted within the door compartment. The compartment has a welded-in frame with recessed weatherstrip, with a flat steel door fitted and secured by two triangular headed stainless steel bolts.  The base compartment is large enough to offer easy access to the connected equipment, which can be mounted on the hardwood baseboard within.
